I offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for each package to ensure there are no surprises. After our initial consultation, I assess your business requirements and create a custom service plan for you.
Do you offer any guarantees or trial periods for your services?
Yes, I stand behind the quality of our services and offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are happy with our work. If you’re not satisfied with our services or no longer need them, you can terminate our Service Agreement with a 30-day notice. Additionally, I provide a free initial consultation to understand your needs and demonstrate how I can add value to your business.
What are the payment terms for your bookkeeping services?
I offer flexible payment terms for our bookkeeping services to suit your needs. For recurring services, I invoice monthly or quarterly. For one-time projects, I usually require a 50% retainer upfront and the remainder upon completion.
