Not necessarily. Organizations with very low transaction volume or minimal bookkeeping needs may be better served through a consultation or a year-end bookkeeping review. During a Discovery Call, we’ll determine the level of support that’s right for your organization.

Yes. I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online, as it’s secure, accessible, and efficient for both of us. If you’re not set up yet, I can assist with your initial setup and subscription.

Perfect — my Review & Reconcile Plan was designed exactly for that. I’ll review and reconcile your accounts each month and send a short report noting any corrections needed, so your team stays accurate and confident. 

I don’t process payroll myself, but I provide Payroll Support in partnership with third-party providers such as OnPay, Gusto, and Patriot. I handle setup, troubleshooting, and ensure that payroll taxes and filings are processed on time so everything runs smoothly.

No worries — that’s common. I offer Cleanup & Catch-Up Projects as an add-on service to bring your books current before ongoing work begins. Once you’re caught up, monthly bookkeeping becomes simple and consistent.
