Based on what I find in the Diagnostic, I get to work — whether that means cleaning up transactions, reconciling accounts, or setting up QuickBooks from scratch. If you’re behind, I’ll catch your books up to date. If you’re starting fresh or switching from spreadsheets, I’ll build your QBO file with clarity and structure in mind. Whatever the path, the goal is the same: clean, accurate financials and a system you can rely on moving forward.

Whether you prefer to take the reins or need occasional support, I’ll ensure you’re confident moving forward. After setup or cleanup is complete, you’ll receive clear documentation and the option for ongoing assistance, so you’re never left in the dark.

Absolutely. Once the setup is complete, you’ll have full access and control over your QuickBooks Online account. I’m here to assist with the initial setup and provide ongoing support as needed.

The standard service includes:

  • Up to 2 bank or credit card accounts

  • Up to 700 transactions

  • Up to 12 months of historical data 

If your needs exceed these limits, we can discuss a customized plan to accommodate your situation.

The standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days after I receive full access to your QuickBooks® Online account and any necessary documentation. This ensures I have enough time to accurately set up or catch up your books while addressing any issues that come up along the way.

If you need a quicker turnaround, expedited service may be available for an additional fee—just reach out before booking to discuss availability.

Because both services involve time, analysis, and hands-on work, I don’t offer a blanket money-back guarantee. That said, I stand behind the quality of my work.
